This spring I have not been that good to my body, so over the summer I have decided to consistently challenge myself both physically and professionally. Yes, this is cheesy. Yes, this has been done. This is not a novel idea, maybe not a good one either, but I think it’s the best thing for me at this point. Wish me luck!
